The ultraBase delivers unparalleled support and stability so your camera can be used as a professional-level cinema camera.

Ergonomic

Like the ultraCage, the ultraBase gives your Blackmagic Cinema Camera a cinema-style baseplate for adding 15mm iris rods, the backbone for attaching accessories such as mattebox and follow focus. The ultraBase�s ergonomic design hugs the camera body but still provides your camera with much needed ventilation routes, and the operator access to the buttons and ports.
