This sensor's innovative stacked design, featuring back-illuminated pixels layered above integrated signal processing circuits, enables faster readout speeds and exceptional low-light performance by allowing more light to reach the sensor.

A specialized AI Processing Unit, in collaboration with BIONZ XR, employs deep learning based on human form and posture data to accurately recognize human subjects. The Fast Hybrid AF system provides wide 81% coverage, enhancing Subject Recognition AF and Real-time Tracking capabilities. With the Z200, you can easily track and maintain focus on subjects almost anywhere within the frame.

The exceptional 20x power zoom G Lens™ covers a versatile range, from wide-angle shots for in-car interviews to telephoto close-ups for sports. Offering an optical zoom range of 24-480 mm (35mm full-frame equivalent), it's further enhanced by Sony's Clear Image Zoom technology, allowing up to 30x zoom in 4K or 40x zoom in FHD. The lens also features maximum apertures of F2.8 (wide) and F4.5 (telephoto), enabling fast, smooth, and silent zooming.

The built-in 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz* Wi-Fi, combined with our C3 Portal (paid) or XDCAM Pocket apps, enables seamless, high-quality streaming directly from the camera. You can also control the camera remotely using our Monitor & Control** app, which lets you check angles and monitor footage from your smartphone or tablet. The Z200 is equipped with 12G-SDI for four times the bandwidth of 3G-SDI over a single cable, TC input/output, and supports broadcast-friendly XAVC (MXF)***.
