The microShoulderMount can be used to provide shoulder support for a wide variety of cameras And configurations. In the stock configuration, the video camera is mounted on top of the shoulderpad, And monitoring is typically done via an external monitor mounted to the hAndlebar with a microMount (microMount not included). For use with the camera's flip-out LCD, purchase an additional microShoulderMount rod clamp And mount the camera forward from the shoulder. To use the camera's eyepiece, add the offset kit with microLink4 riser version (you would mount it in an inverted position so the video camera is lower) And an additional rod clamp. This configuration is not recommended for DSLR cameras. Instead look at the eyeSpy rigs, or the DSLR Field Cinema Bundle.
